Timo Feindor

I design and operate AI and data systems — from LLM and RAG applications to production-grade MLOps pipelines. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning at TH Rosenheim and advise companies as a freelance consultant on delivering their AI initiatives.

I bridge research and practice: a deep understanding of machine learning combined with the experience to bring AI reliably into production systems.

As a Lead AI & Data Engineer I designed end-to-end pipelines for automated document booking and brought LLM and RAG applications into production on Azure Kubernetes (AKS) — including AI observability, MLOps and event-driven architecture.

Today I research machine learning methods as part of my PhD at TH Rosenheim, while supporting small and medium-sized companies as a freelance consultant in adopting AI in a meaningful and economical way.
